Food is the basic neccesity for everyone . our national economy largely depends on agriculture and its products . about 33% of the our economy depend on agriculture , the increasing trend of fast food items are forcing industries to go for processed food items . there was a time when everyone used to have a chakki at home , and where they bring raw materials and prepare their own , but looking towards our fast life and growing economy , no one is having a time , so the need of packaged food is growing in the market , the product consumers like bakeries , noodles factories , biscuit factories , hotels and fast food industries are growing at a very high speed . everyone is using packaged wheat products due to good quality and hygenic conditions of food products . .

COMPANY INTRODUCTION

The company was established in the year 1986 with a installed capacity of 50 tons per day , in 1992-93 the company was taken over by mr.pramod jain and the capacity was enhanced to 180 tonnes per day in the year 95-96, the company is using modern age machinery and scientific tenchniques to serve high quality products and to satisy the needs of customers . the company is having own transportation facility of 11 trucks ( owned and rented ) to satisfy the customer need on time . the company is having huge godowns and cylos to keep raw and finished materials in huge quantiities , the company is having covered godowns of more than 15000 sq.ft and cylos of more than capacity of 10000 qtls. the company is also having its own lab to control and check the quality of products on regular basis. the current customer base of the company involves more than 150 distributors n retailers . the company is also involved in custom milling or processing for others too , like som distilleriers and others ,and in the past it has done custom milling for cargil india , and itc . the company is also looking for exports of its products in asian countries .

PROCESS

The process involves very high quality measures to ensure quality and consistent production . the high quality m.p. wheat is purchased from the local mandis and traders . the wheat is then sent to the three stage cleaning process where all kinds of impurities are extracted from the wheat . under controlled temperature . then the wheat is sent to the grinding process , where it is grinded under a very controlled temperatue and the transportation is done through pnuematic system .

DEMAND

The market demand is increasing day by day due to the increasing population . the demand of m.p. wheat products is quite high as compared to other areas due to its rich quality and taste . as well as the new demand area of our products has been created in the southern india , where a large no. of brands require our products . the rich and premium quality of our products helps us to get hold of new areas . theres a great demand from government agencies , like military (defence departments ) , and multinationals and big food giants also require huge quantities of our products . the location of the flour mill is also favourable as the location allows 24 hour access of transportation . there is a huge requirement of our products in our state also . maximum of the production are sold within the state itself . the local demand of our prodcuts are also increasing in volumes and demand remains continues for all round the year . besides this we have a huge population and food processing industries ( like sewaiya , papad , noodles , bakries , hotels ) in our area , which require our products all round the year . multinatinal companies are also active in our area due to good transport facility by rail , road , all over the country , these companies deals in large quantites and also require our products in large quantity. raw material the raw material is basically wheat , the availability of the raw materials in very good in all over the state .maximum of the raw materials come from the local mandis and within the state . due to good warehousing facility in the state , and good hold of the procurement in the state mandis , theres a ample supply of raw materials through out the year . the arrival of the wheat remains available in mandis through out the year .

SCOPE

Quite high and the prices are fairly low . the above factors allows us to grow our markets areas in all the direction we require . theres a good growing demand in exports and govt.agencies . the company is getting continuous demand from big corporates like reliance , aditya birla , and other big players to provide custom milling of same .
